Return and Refund Policy
At Walk n Talk Mobiles, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or request a refund for your order as outlined below:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Customers can return or request a refund for their order within 7 days of the product delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process the return or refund.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 03043766707.
- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued for 100% of the order value and will be credited to your Bank account/ Jazz cash or Easypaisa.
- Please allow 2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Exceptions
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
- In cases where we cover the return shipping cost, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
